Colorado City, AZ – Creek Valley Health Clinic is set to host its 5th community Health & Dental Fair on June 6, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM. This highly anticipated event will provide local residents with valuable information on a wide array of health services available in the Creek Valley community and surrounding regions.
This year’s fair has particular significance as it’s the first since the clinic completed a substantial 7,200 sq ft expansion to its facility. This expansion has enabled Creek Valley Health Clinic to begin offering comprehensive dentistry services, in addition to expanding its medical and mental health offerings.
The event, which runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, is open to the public and promises a diverse range of activities and resources. Attendees can explore 30 booths featuring community health information, various resources, and essential supplies. For entertainment, there will be bounce houses and refreshments, culminating in a raffle scheduled for 1:15 PM – 1:30 PM.
The roots of Creek Valley Health Clinic trace back to a 2018 health fair hosted by the University of Utah, which significantly highlighted the critical need for local health services in the community. That event brought to light high rates of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, low cancer screening rates, prevalent tooth decay in children, and numerous other unmet health needs. These findings were a major catalyst in the formation of Creek Valley Health Clinic, which officially opened in December 2019 as a Federally Qualified Health Center, with the mission to provide affordable local health services to the “Bordertown” community.
Since its inception, Creek Valley Health Clinic has made a substantial impact, serving over 8,000 unique individuals. The clinic boasts impressive double-digit improvements in chronic disease management, cancer screenings, and other primary and preventive care measures. Driven by a vision for a safe and healthy community, the clinic is committed to providing exceptional care to every patient.
