Colorado City, AZ — If you’ve driven down Township Avenue lately, you may have noticed construction of a new concrete pad to support a steel structure across the street from Cherish Families. That’s the future home of Mid-Town Auto, a full-service auto repair and maintenance facility currently under construction.
The 11,080-square-foot building is being built by True Method Construction, with Joe Hammon serving as the project manager. Designed to meet the growing automotive needs of the area, the facility will feature a large service shop, administrative offices, a customer reception area, and a break room for staff.
The building includes seven vehicle hoist bays. It’s designed to comply with current building and accessibility codes and will be fully ADA accessible.
According to Hammon, construction is expected to be completed by fall of 2025.
Stay tuned for more updates as the project nears completion and prepares to open its doors to the community.
