HILDALE, UT – Hildale City and the Town of Colorado City are once again joining forces with the Arizona Strip Landfill to host their annual Community Spring Clean-Up. This initiative encourages all residents to tidy up their yards and surrounding areas.
The clean-up will take place during the week of March 29th to April 5th, with roll-offs provided for public use near each city office. The roll-offs will be available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Utah Time.
- Hildale City Hall is located at 320 East Newel Avenue.
- Colorado City Town Hall is located at 25 South Central Street.
In addition to the roll-off locations, residents can haul one load of household and yard debris per address to the Arizona Strip Landfill free of charge during the designated week. Residents must bring their Hildale/Colorado City utility bill as proof of residency. The landfill is open every week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Utah Time.
Please note that construction materials such as sheetrock and concrete will be charged the normal rate of $31 per ton.
The annual Spring Clean-Up is sponsored by Hildale City and the Town of Colorado City.

All loads taken to the landfill must be secured and covered. The landfill does not accept tires, asbestos, paint, oil/fuel, medical waste, or any liquid waste. Each load is subject to inspection and acceptance based on these terms.
